We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with no signs of wear, perfume, or deodorant.
Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be attached securely to the garment.
Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, including any garment bags or boxes, in a resalable condition.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page or receipt.
Accessories such as belts or jewelry.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Within the 14-day return window, please email us at elma@vnbits.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping address for your return.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and mail them to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be reflected in your account after the approval. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's or PayPal's policies.
Deductions: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at elma@vnbits.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
